Please note that floristry is an art form, therefore, each designer creates art with their interpretations. Although we have photos on the website of the designs, each design is individually created and we match the flowers, shape etc. but it's not going to be an exact match with the photo. Also each arrangement and container might vary slightly depending on local availablity. Also, note some flowers appear more closed when delivered and natually open as time goes on.

Every order is important to us because we know how important it is to you. We earnestly endeavour to please every customer with beautiful flowers and accommodating service. Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements and floral gifts are handmade, we make every effort to fortify our floral products and ensure the quality, accuracy, and beauty of our work. Many variables determine whether a flower will last as long as anticipated or whether a designer has created something which you will enjoy. Because we constantly seek ways to bring some of these variables under our control for improved floral performance, we welcome your comments and inquiries. Also, if you are not satisfied with the quality of one of our products, then please contact us immediately and we will promptly take the appropriate action. We do have policies in place to safeguard our business please see below and ask that you contact us in the first 24 hour period after delivery if there is any concern. All prices and fees are shown on the receipt and also shown on the computer screen before the order is completed. We do charge for delivery and it is added to the order at checkout. Social Media Reviews: We appreciate reviews as they help us grow in our customer base, however, negative reviews are time consuming and bothersome to all. If you have a problem we would like to discuss it one on one and come to a resolution. We are a very small family owned business and we hope you will call us. We sometimes have a lot of work and can only do orders over 70.00.
We take special requests like texting photos ($15.00) and doing extra and above the call of duty requests, like expidited delivery (50.00), however, in busy holiday times we don't have extra time and will let you know if we don't have the time but we will take each request into consideration. We do have the right to refuse service to anyone if we feel they have financially harmed us in the past and also to inforce our policies to insure we make profit. We strive to provide good, fair service to all our customers.
We don't have time to give status updates when our products are out for delivery...if customer refuses this our policy is not complete the delivery and refund the money to the customer and stop the delivery. We just don't have time for repeated status requests and it takes away from our other customers orders and is upsetting to all involved. Please be rest assured that you will receive an email that the delivery has been completed that business day in most times right after the delivery, however, for sure by 6PM that business day.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
THE PERSON WHO MUST CONTACT US IS THE PERSON WHO MADE THE ORDER NOT THE RECEIVER. We do not refund for stuffed animals or other gifts like purfume and pillows. These items once opened or handled are no longer new and we can't refund.

As flowers are perishable goods, and our refund policy is as follows:

For Daily Design, we will only give a full refund if we can pick up the merchandise from the recipient that day for resale. We understand that it's a gift and do care but if you don't like it for any reason we will pick it up and use it for resale that same day.
For funeral arrangements or weddings work. we do not provide any refund for these arrangements. If we do provide a refund for some reason it will not include the delivery charges and we do not do exchanges or re-dos, However, we take great pride in the integrity and quality of our work at Flowers of Joy, and would like for you to enjoy our beautiful arrangements as much as we do, We will take into consideration all factors and state what we can do for the customer based on the circumstance.
If you are not satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send us an email explaining the dissatisfaction and provide several photos that support your concern. Once we receive the email with the photos, We will contact you by phone within 24 hours after your email with a resolution.
After 24 hours of delivery, no store credits or any type refund will be provided.
Substitution Policy
Fresh Flowers: We are committed to delivering your important emotional sentiments on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements, the variety will take precedence over color. For instance, if an order is for yellow daisies, they will substitute another color of daisies, not another yellow flower. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa. Sometimes flowers are not available in the season our customers would like them. We do everything we can to get flowers but if they are out of season and not available then we havae e no choice but to make a substitution or omit that one flower type from the arrangement. If the designer feels that adornments to the design are not pleasing or look right they may be omitted or change in color. Each designer in our shop has different taste and may improve on the design in the photo or add their best aesthetic to the design. The designer's choice option is usually our less expensive option and we generally use whatever flowers we have for that day, although one color might be requested we may not have that color and may opt for another color.
Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. Containers for plants will be as close as possible but we sometimes have to change the container if sold out or no longer available.
Gift Baskets: Substitutions within a basket may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
Substitutions for Special Occasions: Due to the importance of delivering orders for special occasions, such as funerals, birthdays, and anniversaries, on specific days, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value to ensure timely delivery, if the flowers you requested are not available, and we are not able to contact you via the phone number(s) or email address you provided us.
Delivery Policy
Specific Times: We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within four to five hours on orders. You may request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, however, on busy holiday times we have a policy that is stated and explained below that we cannot guarantee a time on a holiday such as Mother's day or Valentines day because our routes are determined by location and not customer requests.
If by chance we have a delivery problem our policy is to return the funds the next business day as long as delivery was our mistake, however, if given the wrong address or if left and then the customer calls we can not give back the money because we fullfilled the order and were told to leave the arrangement at the address given. If you would like to reorder please do so online. Requests for refunds due to credit card processing generally can take 5-10 business days to show on your bank statement/credit card statement. In order to make sure of delivery please check the address you give and make sure it's right.
If No One is Home: Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return, such as with a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to call to arrange for delivery.
Recipient Maybe Contacted: In some cases, the florist may contact the recipient to ensure s/he will be home to accept the delivery.
Sometimes we know people don't want to answer which is fine and we leave the flowers in a secure spot out of harms way.
Request to Leave Item at Door: The customer assumes all liability for requests to leave arrangements. We highly discourage special instructions requesting delivery to a doorstep, porch, yard or any location where the recipient cannot accept the arrangement themselves. We cannot be held responsible for missing or faulty product due to this special request.
Holiday Policy - During special holiday times like Valentines day or Mother's day or any holiday where we are doing a large volumn of orders we sometimes ask our customers to make the order themselves online. The reason we do this is to service all the customers and make sure that the information put into the system reflects the correct addresses and delivery date and phone number contacts. On Holiday periods we cannot deliver at a special time as our routing schedule randomly picks the route the orders come in and makes the list by distance and location of the delivery.
